Brighouse Veterinary Centre Ltd
Brighouse vets is the oldest established veterinary practice in Brighouse, originally founded by Mr Brian Grey in the early 1970s.
Today it is owned and managed by veterinary surgeon Olivia Dangerfield and it offers the latest in medical and surgical treatments. We have a full range of modern diagnostic equipment-including an in-house laboratory that gives same day blood and urine results, an ultrasound machine, digital x-ray facilities and dental equipment.
We have all our facilities on a single site. We consult, diagnose, treat and operate from Mary Street, where there is a separate purpose-built operations building with recuperation kennels.
Our practice is RCVS accredited-this means it is regularly inspected by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons to ensure high standards of training, hygiene and professional competancy are maintained.
The practice has a small, family-orientated, friendly ethos. All of our staff members are long-standing, clients can make appointments to see the same vet at every routine visit and we offer 24-hour cover with an emergency on-call service.
We have consultations available by appointment Mondays to Saturdays. On Sunday mornings and Bank Holidays we are open for emergencies.
We are the last remaining independently owned veterinary practice in Brighouse and this means we are not owned by a large corporate company. We want to be able to offer a bespoke, personalised service fundamentally based on what is best for your pet.
